Otherwise, unused sessions will be considered as delivered and charged accordingly.\n\nThe agreement shall be automatically renewed for successive three-month periods unless either party provides written notice of termination at least 15 days prior to the end of the initial term or any renewal, via email to the addresses listed below.\n\nPayments shall be made monthly by direct debit, through a form provided by the First Party, to be completed by the Second Party and attached to this agreement as Annex I.\n\nB) Session Package Plan\n\nThis agreement is entered into for a term of three (3) months and involves the purchase by the Second Party of a package of 8 Personal Training sessions, to be scheduled by mutual agreement during the contract term.\n\nAll sessions must be used within the three-month period, except in cases of force majeure. Otherwise, unused sessions will be considered as delivered and charged accordingly.\n\nEach session shall last 30\/60 minutes.\n\nPayments are due on the date of signature of this agreement.\n\nClause 4 – (Session Scheduling)\n\nSessions must be scheduled weekly by the Second Party with a minimum notice of 24 hours, in accordance with the First Party’s availability. Alternatively, recurring weekly sessions can be pre-scheduled if time slots are available.\n\nEach session will last 30\/60 minutes and must start promptly at the scheduled time.\n\nSessions will not be extended due to late arrivals or interruptions caused by the Second Party.\n\nExcept in cases of force majeure:\nI. Sessions cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice will not be charged.\nII. Sessions cancelled with only 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 50% of their value.\nIII. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.\n\nClause 5 – (Price)\n\nFor the services rendered under this agreement, the Second Party shall pay the First Party the total amount of _______€ (______________________________________).\n\nThe first payment is due on the contract start date.\n\nUnder option A (Commitment Plan), the remaining monthly payments will be debited automatically by the ________ day of the following month.\n\nUnder option B (Session Package Plan), all payments must be completed prior to scheduling, and may be made via on-site Multibanco or bank transfer to IBAN PT50 0010 0000 604566000014 7, in the name of JANELAS ÉPICAS LDA.
